You can use screenshots or images from the game which can be downloaded, from the “Thumbnail Materials” defined below, only for thumbnails used in your video streaming and/or live broadcast.

You are free to edit the image by adding your face or the name of your distribution channel.
*CAUTION: If you use the intellectual property of a third party other than us when you stream videos or live broadcast, you will need to obtain a separate license from such third party.
Please note that we will never be liable for any complaints or claims for damages from a third party as a result of your use of such third party's intellectual property.
■Which streaming site can we stream videos and/or live broad cast?
As a general rule, we only permit users to stream videos/live broadcasts on video distribution sites that have entered into a music licensing agreement with the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) (https://www.jasrac.or.jp/news/20/ugc.html), provided, however that, the sites that are intended for viewing only by people aged 18 and over is not included.
Notwithstanding foregoing, we reserve the right to request the deletion of posted videos or the suspension of video distribution on other sites that we deem illegal or inappropriate for other reasons.
*Please note that you stream videos/live broadcast at your own risk, and in accordance with the terms of use and guidelines of the site you use. We take no responsibility for any your violations of such terms of use and guidelines.
■Can we create derivative works such as illustrations?
As long as it is for personal hobby and not for commercial use, we permit you to post of derivative works such as illustrations to Twitter, video sites, etc.
However, please do not use official materials as is.
■Other Cautions
1) The copyright of the gameplay videos belongs to us or the legitimate rights holder.
2) Except for cases where the functions of the game console are used, we expect you to stream gameplay videos that include your own creativity and comments. Please do not repost videos posted by others, post the illustrations, movies, or videos for the purpose of appreciating music, or post videos that are merely copies of copyrighted material.
3) Any expression that deviates from or damages our image or our copyrighted works is prohibited.
4) Secondary use of posted content is prohibited.
5) Please do not use expressions that suggest or mislead others into believing that you have received sponsorship or affiliation from us or any person related to us.
6) We make no guarantees regarding the gameplay videos you post. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any damages incurred by you or any third parties as a result of your posting or distribution.
7) This guideline is intended for posting videos and still images using our games to appropriate video and still image sharing sites (so-called fan activities). Any use or creation outside of such scope should be done within the scope permitted by the laws and regulations of each country. In addition, we do not provide individual responses regarding the criteria for our decision.
8) Even if a post or distribution follows the above guidelines, we may delete and suspend any post or distribution that is illegal, violates public order and morals, or that we deem inappropriate.
