“Crystal Shot” Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by G-MODE Corporation., (“G-MODE”, “us”, “we” or “our”) when you use and play our game services “Crystal Shot” (the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect about users of the Services.

    • Hardware Information: We may collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, browser mobile network information, list of other G-MODE mobile applications installed on the device, MAC address, IP address International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”) number and other unique device identifiers made available by the operating system of your device.

For instance, we may collect game score from the operating system providers, and your User’s information data of Facebook service and Twitter service. Please note that we do not receive your payment method information from the operating system providers.

  2. Privacy Protection and Handling of Personal Information

    G-MODE, in order to respect the privacy of each User, pays careful attention to management. G-MODE, also with regards to Crystal Shot, recognizes the great social responsibility in the appropriate use and protection of personal information, and in providing the Services, strives to protect and use customer personal information in accordance with the relevant privacy protection provisions.

    The G-MODE will not handle personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfil the purpose of use described below without the consent of the person in question.

    The G-MODE takes appropriate measures to ensure the safe management of personal information, and works to prevent unauthorised access to personal information, as well as leaks, loss, or damage, etc. to personal information.

    The G-MODE, for the aim of properly handling personal information, will proceed with the continued implementation of in-house training.

    Sharing of Information

    The G-MODE, with the exception of the following cases, will not provide, share, sell, transfer or otherwise exchange personal information to a third party without obtaining the consent of the person in question.

    • With other users if you choose to participate in the interactive areas of our Services, such as community forums (the use of personal data (such as your full name) as a username in our services is strictly prohibited);

    G-MODE will handle personal information to the extent that it is necessary to achieve the purpose of use for the following.

    • For the providing of G-MODE's products & services
    • For identity verification and authentication services
    • For conducting questionnaires
    • For conducting prize contests & campaigns
    • For point addition & point exchange
    • For marketing research, statistics, and analysis
    • For system maintenance and defect response
    • To send important notices regarding our Terms of Use, policy changes, etc.
    • For the management and operation of G-MODE's Software, websites, services, contents, etc.
    • In order to respond to enquiries from the user
    • For achieving any other purpose that the person in question will be made aware of, and will be required to consent to, when asked to provide personal information
    • Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity.

    Concerning the Use of Cookies

    On G-MODE's website, etc., in order to provide greater convenience to the Users, we may use the technology called Cookies. Although G-MODE website, etc. will be able to identify customers' computers through the use of Cookies, we will not obtain any personal information. Also, Users may choose to disable Cookies in their browsers, and should this be the case, there will be instances where some functionality may not be available.

    Concerning the Use of a Web Beacon

    G-MODE, in order to examine the usage conditions of customers on G-MODE website, may use a Web Beacon in certain cases, but it will not be used to acquire personal information. In contrast to cookies, web beacons are embedded invisibly on webpages and may not be disabled or controlled through your browser.     Concerning Links to third Party Websites, etc.

    G-MODE does not assume any responsibility for the protection of customers' personal information on third party websites, etc. linked to G-MODE's website.

    Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Other

    We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf and to serve contextual advertisements within our Services. These entities may use technologies to automatically collect anonymous information about your device and your use of our Services, including truncated IP address, truncated or hashed device ID, time spent on pages within our Services and links clicked within our Services. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, maintain and analyse the functioning of our Services and deliver contextual advertising.

    For instance, G-MODE uses Google Analytics in the Services for access analysis.

    The data collected through Google Analytics via the Services is managed according to Google Inc.'s privacy policy. In addition, G-MODE is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services of Google Analytics.
